Payments & cancellation
The following means of payment are available for participants:
- Bank transfer
- Payment by credit card (MasterCard and Visa Card)
- Pay Pal
Upon completion of the registration process, an electronic confirmation of the registration will be generated by the system and automatically sent to the e-mail address provided by the participant. Please do not send any payments by bank transfer without quoting the invoice number and the participant’s name included in the payment details. Payments without the required reference information cannot be processed.
Your participation can be confirmed only when the complete registration fees have been paid. Those participants whose participation fees have not been settled by the first day of the event will not be granted access to the conference. Please e-mail any amendments or cancellations regarding your participation to VMSSupport@dlr.de
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing by e-mail to VMSSupport@dlr.de
Cancellation Policy:
For written cancellations received on or before 31 August,
90% of the registration cost will be refunded
(registration fee, social event and excursion).
For written cancellations received between 1 September – 2 October,
50% of the registration cost will be refunded. (registration fee).
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 2 October 2025.
All refunds are subject to € 50 standard card processing fees.
The fee will be refunded after the conference.
