Conference participation fees
All participants must register for the ICTCT 2025 conference in full as per the categories and rates outlined below. Participants can register for the conference only via the registration facility on this website.
Non-EU nationals: Please register well in advance to facilitate internal procedures and - if necessary - ensure a smooth visa application process.
The conference fees vary according to your home country (category A or B or C & D) and your status (ICTCT member, non-member, student). Please check your current country category on the World Bank webpage. An indication is also given here.

Participation fee for all presenters, participants and students includes:
- Admission in the scientific program of the ICTC 2025 conference
(23-24 October 2025) - Coffee breaks and lunch (23-24 October 2025)
- Participation in the welcome reception on 22 October 2025
- Participation in the conference dinner on 23 October 2025
For your information:
The conference fee does not include the social event on Friday, 24 October 2025, and the excursion on Saturday, 25 October 2025. Please note that there is an extra charge for the social programme. You must register specifically for these events. You will be able to purchase tickets during the registration process.

Accompanying persons

Participation fee for accompanying persons include:
- Participation in the welcome reception on 22 October 2025
- Participation in the conference dinner on 23 October 2025
Hotel accommodation is not included in the registration fee.
The accompanying persons may also join the social event on Friday, 24 October and the excursion on Saturday, 25 October. These must be booked separately (see the pricing above).
General Assembly
Participants are invited to join the General Assembly meeting held on Saturday, 25 October 2025. It is primarily a physical meeting, however restricted to 25 persons. Please register for the event.
It will also be possible to join the meeting online. The link will be published in due time.
Please note:
For all science conferences with a social program, the German Aerospace Center is under obligation to split the conference participant fees into a VAT-exempt and a VAT-liable portion in the conference fee invoice, as both VAT-exempt and VAT-liable services were provided for the participant fees.
Therefore, the breakdown of the amount is for tax reasons only. Each participant of the ICTCT 2025 conference can only book the complete program of ICTCT 2025 conference, including the welcome reception on 22 October and the dinner on 23 October 2025.
As organiser and host of the ICTCT 2025 conference we must include this information on the conference fee invoices in accordance with German tax regulations. Every participant of this conference has to pay the final amount shown on the invoice (no VAT for participants).
