Registration guidelines for the 37th ICTCT-conference 2025
Confirmed registration is required to participate in the 37th ICTCT-conference 2025.
The workshop will be held in Berlin, Germany, on October 23-25, 2025.
BESL Eventagentur GmbH & Co. KG is our external partner for the participant registration responsible for the invoicing and collection of participation fees. Please check the full information, fees and deadlines on this website.
The registration for the conference and for the General Assembly and the social events is open from 18 June 2025 and ends on 2 October.
Terms and conditions for the 37th ICTCT-conference 2025
By registering for the 37th ICTCT-conference 2025 you agree to the participation terms and conditions. If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of other individuals you are warranting that you have made the participants aware of these terms and that they have accepted them.
Registration is possible only via the registration facility on this website.

Information about ePosters:
Posters for the ICTCT must be submitted in electronic form (ePoster) only.
ICTCT poster presenters will present their ePosters on site using their own laptops.
As organizer of the ICTCT we will inform all participants ICTCT about the data protection regulations for the e-Posters,
Further information on technical requirements, all instructions for how to submit your ePoster on the ePoster tool and
the provider of the ePoster tool will follow on the registration website ICTCT in due time.
All poster presenter please use the login credentials that are emailed to you in due time to access the system and upload your ePoster.
Language
The preferred language for ePoster presentations is English. The ePoster should therefore be created in English.
